PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
1. Introduction
NetCyberOps, LLC ("NetCyberOps," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at NetCyberOps.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
a. Contact Forms
When you submit a contact form on the Site (including the Book a Demo, Incident Response, and Partner Program forms), we collect:
- Your name
- Organization name
- Email address
- Service(s) of interest
- Any message you choose to include
b. Newsletter Sign-Up
When you subscribe to our Action Items newsletter, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. We send a confirmation email, and you are not subscribed until you click the link in it. Newsletter emails contain tracking that records when you open them and which links you click, along with the IP address and device used.
c. Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Site, some technical data is collected automatically:
- Analytics data (via Google Analytics): pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location (country / region). See Section 4.
- Error and performance data (via Sentry): browser, operating system, page URL, page-load timings, and technical details of any errors. See Section 5.
- Server logs: when your browser submits a form, our servers record standard request information, including your IP address, the time of the request, and the request path. We also keep a short-lived count of submissions per IP address to block spam.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide the services you ask about
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed and confirmed your subscription
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms
- To understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance
- To detect, diagnose, and fix technical errors
- To comply with legal obligations
Submitting a contact form does not subscribe you to the newsletter or any other marketing email.
4. Analytics — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies that store a randomly generated identifier for your browser, which lets it recognize repeat visits. This identifier does not contain your name or email address, and we do not combine analytics data with information you submit through our forms. Google does not store your full IP address.
We have configured Google Analytics to keep event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, after which Google deletes it. Google may use the data it collects in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the Site does not load Google Analytics, so no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected.
5. Error & Performance Monitoring — Sentry
We use Sentry (sentry.io) to detect errors and measure Site performance. Sentry records performance data for page loads and, when an error occurs, technical details such as:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- The page URL and the sequence of page views and clicks leading up to an error
- A stack trace of the error
- Page-load and network timing information
We have configured Sentry not to collect your IP address, cookies, or other personal identifiers, and we do not send it form contents. We also use Sentry to receive reports of blocked content-security violations. Sentry's privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.
6. Cookies and Browser Storage
- Analytics cookies —
_gaand_ga_*, placed by Google Analytics (see Section 4). - Local storage — if you hit our form submission limit, the Site stores a timestamp in your browser's local storage so it can show you when you can submit again. It contains no personal information.
The Site does not set any other cookies of its own. You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings; blocking analytics cookies does not affect how the Site works.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. We share information only with the service providers that operate the Site on our behalf:

8. Data Retention
- Contact form submissions are kept as business records until they are no longer needed or you ask us to delete them.
- Newsletter subscriptions are kept while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep your name and email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again. You may ask us to delete them entirely.
- Spam-prevention counts per IP address are deleted after about one hour.
- Server logs are kept for about 30 days.
- Google Analytics data is kept as described in Section 4.
- Sentry data is kept according to Sentry's data retention policy.
9. Security
The Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Information you submit is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure that encrypts data at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

- You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 4, including by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Residents of some U.S. states (including California) may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, do not use sensitive personal information, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
